ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE, SEPARATION OF POWERS AND JUDICIAL DEFERENCE: EXPERIENCE FROM TANZANIA I: Introduction: It is well known that judicial review is a very important power in the hands of judges to controlling the administrative actions of public bodies. However, while exercising their judicial powers in redressing the grievances against any kind of administrative injustice, courts are also supposed to observe their constitutional limitations and be very careful and see that their actions do not encroach upon the areas reserved by the Constitution to the Executive and the Legislature.
